The Support Network is holding a workshop on De-Escalating Angry Clients on April 21st from 9am-12pm.
This workshop teaches you how to deal with a client in an emotionally-charged state by using specific communication techniques. The skills and knowledge acquired in this workshop can be applied not only to working with clients, but to a variety of situations and relationships.
